OBJECTIVES

FMC Kindergarten’s program caters for quality development of the children and helps them enjoy integrative, interactive and motivational learning. Through our program, every child will be developed

SPIRITUALLY by helping the child appreciate God’s love and build character based on biblical teachings

INTELLECTUALLY by cultivating the child’s curiosity about the environment and developing his or her confidence in communication, creative expression and logical thinking

PHYSICALLY through inculcating and practising good habits of healthy living and personal hygiene

SOCIALLY by empowering the child to live in a community, building up his or her self-esteem, and learning to respect others and honor his/her parents

OUR 4C STRATEGY

Class size and facilities – because every child that is entrusted to us is special and important, we will continue to maintain a small class size so that each child can be well cared for. We have also upgraded our existing facilities, including a new playground.

Curriculum – we will upgrade our curriculum so that your child will build a “foundation for life”, our new motto for the Kindergarten. In line with this emphasis, we are also pleased to announce that we will systematically introduce the curriculum of the highly successful St James Kindergarten.

Communication – we recognize that we are in partnership with you, parents, in nurturing each of our pupils. Teacher-parent communication will thus be given a greater fresh emphasis. Soon, you’ll also be able to email our teachers directly and the  parents-teachers sessions will be held quarterly.

Costs – we are committed to keep our fees affordable. You will thus be pleased to know that despite the improvements we are planning for our Kindergarten, our fees will remain unchanged in 2006 for all students who have registered before the end of 2005. You’ll also have our pledge of at least six months’  notice before any future fee adjustments will be implemented.
